Kim began taking Gyrotonic exercise sessions in 2013 after the encouragement of a friend and the rest has been history. After years of tight shoulders, she found the openings, strength and flexibility in her body that she was looking for. Her quest for a deeper understanding led her to receiving her Level 1 Certification in the Gyrotonic method in 2015. In addition to the Gyrotonic method, Kim is a Certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor and very active with tennis and weight lifting. It continues to amaze Kim how the disciplines of the Gyrotonic method carry over in all aspects of her life.
