Applesauce Pie

Savoring the moments and nuances…this is part of BodyMind Balance as a lifestyle. I adore this pie for many reasons. It begins with gathering the apples, either picking them or purchasing them from a local orchard. Then the joy of processing them into applesauce with a lovely friend (these are gifts I make for family and friends). My favorite flavor is the Ginger Honey, which a quart is always set aside for this pie. This pie is a favorite at my family’s Thanksgiving dinner. Such a lovely tradition.
