Our studio is Virtually Equipped to support our clients wherever they are in the world. We offer Classes and Semi-Privates through Zoom and Private through FaceTime or Zoom.
Taking class virtually is easy! All you need is a soft surface (carpeting, a towel or mat) and a chair for Gyrokinesis (preferably armless). Extra props, if you have them, are a yoga block, light hand weights, a towel and/or strap.
To register for classes online you will need to visit our Online Schedule. If you’re already registered with us you’ll simply need to match data to access your existing account.
The day of your class, usually a couple of hours prior, you will receive an email with a link to access the class via Zoom. Zoom is very easy to use, but it does require you to download the free software or app.
