Privates and Duets

Gyrotonic Private lessons introduce the client to the Gyrotonic method by starting with the first progression of the Gyrotonic format. This includes the basic fundamentals of the work from how to sit, move, breath, and learn a movement-based methodology.

Gyrotonic Privates: One-on-one personalized training
Privates: $60 for 50 minute session, discounted packages available

Gyrotonic Duets: Two clients with one instructor
Duets: $35 for 50 minute session, discounted packages available
* If you are interested in the Duets, we will work to match you with a partner, however, many people have a family member for friend they would like to work with.
