The Tower (or Guillotine)…just looking at it makes you want to climb it…
The Semi-Circle, or Monkey on a Stick, is beautifully suited to the Tower because the top bar rolls with the body. Moving fluidly through the articulations of the joints from rounding to arching the front and back of the body feel delicious.
