Pilates Homework 8, 9
Note to all: a strong Classical Pilates practice is never-ending and endlessly inspiring. Barrels have been both friend and foe these days…but only in the most supportive way, which means my spine finds more length, articulation and strength. I’ve been loving the placement of my feet a little lower on the rungs and Tree on the apex to provide more opportunities for opening. It’s been a month of working consistently on several details in my body and applying diligently the Red Thread of the Classical Pilates method that I am gaining a strong understanding of by working with Kathi Ross-Nash. I am absolutely feeling and owning the difference as my body works and am loving the results!
