Laura Benson

Laura is both a Certified Power Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructor. She began studying Pilates in 2001 and was drawn to its benefits of leaner muscles, coordination and balance. She then went on to study the Gyrotonic method in 2008 for its increased range of flexibility and mobilization of joints. Laura joined BodyMind Balance as an instructor in 2007 to share all of those benefits with others. Having always been fitness oriented, she found that both methods helped to alleviate her own joint and muscle problems.
