Laura Benson

Laura began studying Pilates in 2001 and was drawn to its benefits of leaner muscles, coordination and balance and is Power Pilates trained. She then went on to study the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods in 2008 for its increased range of flexibility and mobilization of joints. Laura joined BodyMind Balance as an instructor in 2007 to share all of those benefits with others. Having always been fitness oriented, she found that both methods helped to alleviate her own joint and muscle problems.
