Julie is owner and director of BodyMind Balance, Inc and GYROTONIC® Cincinnati. She is a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates with Pilates Method Alliance Gold Certification. She has over 1200 hours of Pilates training through Power Pilates, BASI and the Physical Mind Institute. Julie is a Certified GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer and Certified GYROKINESIS® Instructor. She has taken both the Jumping Stretching Board and Leg Extension courses and Ladder workshop. Additionally she has taken the Therapeutic Application Shoulder Girdle and Scoliosis workshops with Paul Horvath and the Application for Dancers workshop with Adrianna Thompson. |

Cassie began teaching Pilates in 2005. She is a Certified Power Pilates Trainer. She has worked in the health and wellness industry since 2003. | ![]() |
Dianne began teaching Pilates in 2002. She received her training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and received her mat certification through Power Pilates of New York City. Additionally, she is certified through the nationally recognized Pilates Method Alliance. She combines her Pilates experience with education in dance movement therapy from Antioch University in New England, and has a varied dance background which includes competing in national Irish dance competitions. She received her B.A. from Lake Forest College in Illinois. | |||

Holly began teaching Pilates in 2002. She received her training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and received her mat certification through Power Pilates. She is also a professional dancer in both floor and aerial choreographic works. She received her undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University. |

Heidi began practicing Pilates in 2003 as a compliment workout to cycling. She loved it so much that she decided to become a teacher. She received her mat and comprehensive certifications in 2008 from Power Pilates. Prior to teaching, she spent 15 years in the financial services industry. Additionally, Heidi has a bachelor's degree from Xavier University. |

As a Certified Power Pilates Trainer and a Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor, Laura Benson began learning Pilates in 2001, being drawn to its benefits of leaner muscle, coordination and balance. She then went on to learn GYROTONIC® in 2008 for its increased range of flexibility and mobilization of joints. Laura started teaching in 2007 to share all of those benefits with others. Having always been fitness oriented, she found that Pilates helped to alleviate her own joint and muscle problems.

Mel began practicing Pilates in 2003 to aid in her recovery from a back injury, and has been teaching since 2007. Both Pilates and GYROTONIC® have provided just the attention she needed to regain the quality of life she had prior to her injury. In addition to her GYROTONIC® certification, and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Mel has also taught Art in High School and College for 16 years and holds two degrees from Kent State University, as well as a B.A., B.F.A and a M.F.A. from the University of Massachusetts. |

Mike began teaching Pilates in 2007. He received his training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and is Power Pilates certified. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University. In addition to Pilates, Mike is also a student of Copeira since 2004, and is excited about learning and teaching the benefits Pilates lends to all forms movement. | ![]() |
Rosie, the adorable Pug, has been a wonderful addition to our studio staff. She greets clients and provides a calm atmosphere with her relaxed attitude. She rates high on the cute-factor scale with her keen fashion sense and curly tail. | |||
