In Our Clients Words…


In late January in conversation with Cathy Crain, she recommended I talk with you (Julie) about being 90 and trying to improve my posture to be able to do things like walking better,  balancing better, and generally improving my health now that I had become an “older” person.  I had worked out at certain times, my late 50’s through 60’s but had not continued it much after that and over the last 3 to 4 years had noticed changes due primarily to a poor posture.   It’s been 12 weekly sessions so far (6 in your studio and 6 over the internet).  Those sessions were not like using Nautilus or weights for bodybuilding.  Instead, I began to see and feel like every part of my body; neck, shoulders, elbows and arms, hips, stomach, thighs, calves, ankles, toes, hands and fingers were being employed in the sessions and the amazing part was that when each session was over, I had really had a work out unlike any I had before.


I have committed myself to a long term goal of correcting the defects in my posture, of using as much of my body to not only maintain and improve upon my health and energy but knowing also that it makes life and living much more enjoyable. I look forward to your continued teaching and helping me to get there.
