In our client’s words…


I have been doing Gyrokinesis sessions with Johanna, via zoom, since the studio was shut down due to COVID-19.  We initially had a few solo sessions, as I have been dealing with a hip issue (anterior pelvic tilt)  and Johanna wanted to make sure that I would not be experiencing any pain or discomfort with the Gyrokinesis class.  Not only did I NOT experience any discomfort, but I believe that the Gyrokinesis exercises have helped my hip more than the PT exercises that I was prescribed!  Johanna’s attention to my form and my hip issue is greatly appreciated.  My hips feel level, finally. I now join a group session every week, and thanks to Johanna, I continue to feel great!
