Caroline Kircher


Caroline is new to Cincinnati from Philadelphia and is thrilled to be completing her Pilates training at BodyMind Balance. She began teaching mat classes in 2012 at Temple University where she studied Psychology. She has always been attracted to the many benefits of mind body exercise on the human brain and nervous system as well as on the entire body. Upon graduating in 2014, Caroline decided to further her Pilates education by enrolling in the Power Pilates Comprehensive training. She hopes to share her love for this work and help her clients develop their physical and mental strength for years to come.
