Carol Allen


Carol came to BodyMind Balance in 1999 and forgot to leave. Pilates helped her regain spinal mobility lost while spending 25 years sitting in a car as a sales rep. In 2014 she became Power Pilates certified so she could help others improve their quality of life with increased strength, focus and mobility. She enjoys continuing to learn the nuances of the Pilates Method and is grateful for her clients’ energy and commitment. Outside the studio, Carol is a key steering committee member of 100+ WomenWhoCare Cincinnati; she is certified to teach TRX; and is a rather savvy shoe shopper.
