Kelly Jackson

Kelly began doing Pilates two years ago and it changed the way she viewed exercise. At the time, she was looking for something to incorporate into her daily exercise routine and thought Pilates would be different and fun. I instantly fell in love with the mind and body connection that Pilates promotes through challenging core centered exercises. She loves how it not only challenges her physical body but also her mind, and each time she leaves the studio she feels amazing.

She received her mat certification in March from Power Pilates and currently continuing with their Systems Program.
