Through consistency you can build stability of foundation, you can grow from strength and be flexible and indulge with joy in the the variations that come your way. Through consistency change is possible and lasting and is revealed each time through minute progress and is sustained when not forced. 7 years ago in a studio brochure I was photographed doing this same exercise position. Today, 7 years later, my body is more open in all ways and in such subtle ways. The Classical Pilates method is so rich and amazing as is the instruction in our studio. It is truly a sacred space.
