Continue reading...After a year and a half studying the Gyrotonic Method I have noticed amazing changes in the shape of my body and how I feel. As a professional dancer and avid athlete with the mindset of working harder and stronger, I am now learning ways to explore my alignment and joint articulation from internal strength and intention. As I delve into the work as a student and as an apprentice teacher I realize that there is so much to be discovered. This attention to spinal alignment and freedom of movement is not only an exercise regimen for me….It can be a way of organizing my body throughout my life.
