Basic-RefThe theme of workouts this week has centered around basics. Honing in on technique…addressing (not avoiding) “issues” and feeling the connections throughout the basic exercises in Classical Pilates…it’s always good to step back from all the fun places this work can go and know where you’ve come from. This video shows the basic reformer sequence we use during our introductory sessions at BodyMind Balance.
