Pilates Homework 4, 5
One of the goals in my workouts is increasing space and alignment in my lower back. Since many of my workouts are by myself I have to be strategic on how I maintain my alignment as I work…enter the High Chair. I have been using this apparatus in leu of footwork, stomach massage and knee stretches and have been working standing press downs with my back against a wall. The strength and feedback the High Chair gives is extremely generous…so happy to have this lovely piece in our studio!
