Pilates Homework Day 1
Homework assignment: you as the client.
My workouts are often scheduled, but at times I fall into the rhythm of following the orders of the exercises I know on one piece of equipment where the main focus is flow. This is lovely, however, it may not always be the best strategy. Sometimes you have to think critically about where you want to go, what needs to get stronger, where there are limitations and devise a plan and follow through. Sometimes the discipline is a reward in itself.
Enter: homework. 3 times a week. Teach myself as I would teach a client.
Day 1: I filmed myself doing a Basic Mat workout so get a baseline of how my body moved and to see myself move from afar. In 3 months doing 3 strategic workouts each week this will show what changes have occurred!!
