Making time for your health is part of BodyMind Balance as a lifestyle. This week I was traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday, which meant I had to plan ahead for my Pilates workouts. Early mornings were when I carved out time, laid out a blanket on the floor, and created the perfect ambiance with the fire burning.
